Rose Miller is the former President of Pinnacle Human Resources, which she sold in October 2021. Rose has recently launched a C-Suite Advisory company called Suite Advice focused on strategic senior management issues such as organizational design, succession planning and merger/ acquisition assistance.

A Senior Professional in HR for over twenty-five years. Prior to owning Pinnacle HR, Rose held top HR leadership roles throughout the Northeast. She has directed operational activities that included systems implementation, compensation, benefits, recruiting programs, fair treatment/DEI initiatives, performance management, training and merger/acquisition initiatives.

Rose is a frequently requested speaker both locally and nationally and she is the author of the monthly column “Work Matters” in the Business section of the Albany Times Union, a Hearst Publication. Rose also has a growing audience following her human resource podcast series, “The Thorn in Rose’s Side.

Rose has served on many boards including Northern Rivers Family Services, the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and the American Red Cross of Northeast New York region. She is a graduate of Lesley University and a certified Senior Professional in HR. She is married to Tim and they have two sons, who also live in the Capital Region. Rose's enjoys humanitarian causes, the arts, and entertaining at their home on Sleepy Hollow Lake.
